Where do I begin. I’m sure not many people expect to go through 3 closings in one year period, but that’s exactly what happened to us. We did a refinance on our last home around 6 months before selling and worked with Matt and the HQM team. Everything was super convenient which is huge for our family as we are both working, so its hard to take the time out for documents and paperwork. We closed as quick and painless. We then ended up selling that house and worked with Matt again on our closing. Just as smooth as usual and lowest rates and closing cost among the 3 places we shopped him against (I don’t care how good of a relationship we have, I always get at least 3 estimates) including my bank. I thought it would end there, but Matt kept us in mind and when the rates went through the floor, he reached out to check in with me and there we were working on closing #3 in. And just as last time, shopped him and again, easily the lowest rates and closing costs. Just like the other times, he was quick and efficient and start to closing, around 30 days with a rate that was .35% less than the rate we had before. I’ve recommended him to friends and family and now i’m recommending Matt and HQM to you.
As a person with no previous experience purchasing a home I was new to the whole process. I decided to trust the recommendation we received for John, and I never regretted it. Let me start by saying this is a long overdue review. My friend recommended Johnny to me after I struggled to resolve what I could possibly afford. There were a lot of uncertainties but he was able to lay it all out for me and show me how it could all be possible. Johnny was VERY patient. Going through a high-risk pregnancy he was very keen on trying not to overburden me with the stress of buying a home. He was more than a Broker, he became a genuine friend.
