Final countdown to the SFI Awards 2020
The event kicked off with Specialist Buy-to-Let Lender of the Year, won by Kent Reliance, and Bridging Lender of the Year, which resulted in a first for SFI, a double win for Precise Mortgages and United Trust Bank.
The Service to the Industry award, recognising the particularly important work being done during a fraught year, was won by Tony Salentino of Complete FS.
Finally, the coveted Specialist Finance Business of the Year award went to Precise Mortgages.
Robyn Hall said: “It was absolutely fantastic to be able to celebrate the best and brightest in the specialist market, even if we couldn’t all be together.
“Congratulations to this year’s winners and nominees, we look forward to seeing you all in person to celebrate next year.”
Jessica Bird, editor of Specialist Finance Introducer, said: “A very warm well done to all our impressive winners, and to every firm and individual nominated for an award this year.
“And an especially hearty thanks to the team at Mortgage Introducer for their hard work in getting this online event up and running with such fabulous results!”
