Allan Gardner, financial services director at Aberdein Considine, said: “Greig joins us at an incredibly important time, both for our clients and the wider mortgage industry, and we’re delighted to have someone of his calibre at Aberdein Considine.
“As the market begins to open up again, especially in the area of 90% mortgages, over the next few months we are likely to see an increase in those looking for help to buy their dream homes as well as the number of mortgage deals to choose from.”
Greig added: “Getting a mortgage and buying a new home are two of the biggest decisions anyone will make and getting the right independent advice is vital before you make any commitment.
“I’ll be working closely with my estate agency and legal colleagues to ensure individuals and families across the country have access to the best professional advice when they need it.”
